Residential Street Vitality Program (RSVP) is the City’s program to improve city streets with resurfacing, utilities upgrades, curbs, sidewalks, sewers and lighting. An RSVP project is approved, budgeted and moving forward in 2015 in the Como-Chatsworth neighborhood. Amy is working with neighbors along Chatsworth to address concerns about the speed of traffic and unsafe intersections. The resulting project will redesign streets for maximum safety without loss of neighborhood charm.
Organizational partners: Public Works, Public Art Saint Paul.
