What’s happening in Ward 5?
Over the last three years, Amy has been working tirelessly for the people of Saint Paul and for all the diverse and unique parts of Ward 5. As projects and initiatives are approved or completed, she has been keeping track of our successes by slapping a post-it note on a large map on my wall in City Hall. Recently, she decided it was time to take the haphazard collage and turn it into an electronic a map. (it would be easier to share with you that way!)
The result is nothing short of delightful!

From Mac’s Fish-n-Chips to the Minnesota Music Cafe and everywhere in between, we have been working together for the past three years to keep our rec centers open, to redevelop blighted properties, to make our streets safer, to keep a lid on crime, and to make our neighborhoods livable. I am proud of this work, and I am proud of the partnerships that come together to make each project a success. There is no doubt about it; we have accomplished a lot in my first term in office…and we are just getting started!
